As a result of optimization activities Azertexnolayn LLC, which is part of the Azmade Group LLC achieved significantly increase in its performance in 2022.
Total turnover of the company increased by 2.4 times and reached 107 million manats in 2022. During the reporting period the increase of Azertexnolayn LLC revenue was achieved by the integrated activity of enterprises, development of new sales channels and the increase of the export market share.
With the strong synergy that was formed as a result of the integrated activity between plants of Azertexnolayn LLC, all of them achieved a continuous production process and increased their competitiveness. Production capacity utilization factor was increased to 85% for Steel Pipe Plant, 25% for Polyethylene Products Plant and 36% for Cast Iron Plant in 2022. Additionally, there was a 31% increase in export earnings. Digital technologies applied in the production operations had a significant impact on the increase of operational efficiency and profit margins of enterprises.
Along with this capacity of production has been increased and release of new types of products also been started. The Polyethylene Products Factory has started the production of highly demanded corrugated pipes (DN 100 and DN 250 mm). It is planned to increase the production capacity with the help of the newly built sandblasting line at the Technical Equipment Plant.
Company produces more than 62 items of industrial products under the Made in Azerbaijan brand. These products not only meet the needs of the country but are also exported to 19 countries of the world.
